Corporate Communications Specialist

Permanent Part time position available in Cannon Hill - 30.4 hours per fortnight

**About the Role**

The role will work as part of the Corporate Communications team to deliver high quality, concise, timely and engaging corporate communications advice, and support to Endeavour Foundation.

The key to success in this role is supporting the Corporate Communications team to effectively execute the organisations strategies and achieve the desired outcomes.
This role works to deadlines, key performance indicators and continuously seeks to exceed stakeholder expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level, accurate, timely and strategic communication to support
initiatives, campaigns and services delivered by Endeavour Foundation.
- Manage aspects of the writing, creation, and production of eDM's,
newsletters, scripts, presentations, digital and other print collateral. Activities
include researching, writing, editing, proofing, producing, and distributing.
- Work with key stakeholders within relevant divisional units to deliver on
agreed plans and activities, modelling an open, transparent, and positive
communication style.
- Tailor messages and styles to suit various communication channels,
events, and webinars.
- Ensure the creative content and production quality of communication
materials are consistent with Endeavour Foundation's values, policies,
objectives, and corporate identity.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, support the co-create and co-deliver
approach across and within the organisation, ensuring you understand the
commitment to shared goals.
- Establish and maintain effective professional relationships and lines of
communication with all relevant stakeholders.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Public Relations or another relevant discipline or experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar position with demonstrated ability to implement communications strategies from initiation to execution
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, to ensure clear and concise information is presented and understood by stakeholders.
- Experience working closely with key stakeholders to continually analyse,
prioritise and respond proactively to meet communications needs.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook,
PowerPoint) and systems relevant to the role.
- Ability to understand the drivers and needs of different audiences, and tailor
communications appropriately.
- Ability to be self-motivated and prioritise workload and requests according to
organisational priorities.
