**A little bit about the role**:
As Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Brand Specialist in our Brand Team.**

The role will include:

- Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of brand, video and content strategies.
- Work with the Brand, and Media and Marketing teams to create compelling and engaging marketing campaigns, in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Translate content by storytelling, understanding the audience profiles within the client lifecycle to tailor and optimise content for increased engagement.
- Deliver an approach that creates highly engaging content for defined target audiences that showcases our services, whilst advocating for people with disability.
- Lead the implementation of brand advertising, research, product, and promotional activity.
- Represent Brand and Marketing within cross-functional projects and deliver brand and strategic communication plans.
- Contribute to the delivery of brand projects, events, campaigns, and marcomms channels.
- Support junior team members through collaboration, mentoring and proofing work.
- Manage contractors and agencies.
- Develop and implement effective marketing dashboards and reports that inform performance across key brand health metrics.

**What will you bring**:

- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience specifically in brand management, content creation, copywriting, advertising campaigns, website, customer segmentation, planning and marketing research.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Communications.
- Experience in the implementation of marketing strategies
- Experience in **content development** with **strong copywriting skills**.
- Demonstrated understanding of customer segmentation and how to position a brand, a service, and a marketing campaign.
- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and best practices within a large organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in leading successful, engaged, and high performing teams.
