This role is pivotal to our Communications Team who effectively executes the communications strategies for the organisation. This role will include: - Managing aspects of the writing, creation, and production of eDM's, eNewsletters, scripts, presentations, digital and other print collateral. This includes research, writing and editing, proofing, production, and distribution. - Providing high-level, accurate, timely and strategic communication to support initiatives, campaigns and services delivered by Endeavour Foundation - Delivering monthly reporting on the effectiveness of communications. - Establishing and maintaining effective professional relationships and lines of communication with all relevant stakeholders. - Demonstrating a client-centred approach to all interactions. - Providing quality advice and support to effective communications, including content for presentations, events, speeches, and key initiatives. **What will you bring**: - Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Public Relations or another relevant discipline or experience - Exceptional organisation and time management skills. - Strong service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills, to ensure clear and concise information is engaging and presented and understood by audiences. - Demonstrated experience in delivering communications campaigns, plans and activities - Ability to understand the drivers and needs of different audiences, and tailor communications appropriately. - Ability to be self-motivated and prioritise workload and requests according to business priorities. - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and systems relevant to the role. **How can you apply** Please note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation and should you be successful, you will be required to undertake a **“Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check**, a positive **Blue Card** and a **NDIS Worker Screening Card.** Additionally, in line with the direction from State Government, all authorised workers defined under the Queensland Public Health Order are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
