Giggletree is a boutique Management and Consulting company for the Childcare Industry (Located in North Lakes), we are looking for a full-time Bookkeeper to join our small team.

You will be responsible for:

- Data entry of invoices and credits
- Processing employee reimbursements
- Reconciling accounts
- Journal entries
- Preparing IAS/BAS
- Management of petty cash
- Credit card reconciliation
- Process and maintain budgets
- Prepare cash flow projections
- Maintain employee records
- Weekly /fortnightly payroll processing and reporting
- Payroll compliance, including EOY
- Payroll Tax
- Superannuation Payments
- General administrative/reception duties as required
- Provide support where required to the Finance Department

To be successful you will need to demonstrate
- Previous experience in Xero accounting software including payroll is prefered
- Payroll and accounts experience
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously

**Salary**: From $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- North Lakes, QLD 4059: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
