- Develop a retention and base management strategy to keep customers happy and increase their lifetime value
- Look at opportunities to improve processes and develop customer experience initiatives to increase overall customer satisfaction
- Reduce customer churn
- Understand what offers and value we can provide our customers
- Create best practice retention team

- Experience in a similar role.
