**Snap Fitness Port Melbourne** is currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated fitness professional for the position of Club Manager for our Brand new Club.

**The Role **:As the Club Manager of one of the biggest Snap Fitness gym it’s imperative that your sales focused, social media savvy and be full of energy.
Your day will consist of lead generation, handling enquiries and helping prospects secure a heavily discounted and limited foundation membership.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks such as achieving lead generation and sales targets, retention, marketing, hiring and management of personal trainers, delivering top level customer service, building a community based culture in the club and local
community.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness, and professional registration with National Fitness Association
- Current First Aid certificate and CPR (or higher qualification).
- Must have appropriate police/working with children check.
- Tertiary qualifications in health, business or commerce or strong business acumen and demonstrated experience in a similar environment (e.g.: fitness, retail e.tc.) will be highly regarded.

**To be successful you will**:

- Have a proven ability to hit targets
- Be people-focused and highly organised
- Have experience in building/recruiting a personal training team
- Have experience building a club culture to be proud of and gain satisfaction from operating, selling and promoting an exceptional fitness facility
- Experience in, or understanding of, human resource and work health and safety processes is desirable.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
