**Club Services Representative - Membership Casual**

(Rostered during business hours and event day)
- Utilise your exceptional customer service skills
- Casual position working events and during the week
- Work in the MCC reserve for an iconic organisation on iconic events at the ‘G

The Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC) manages the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), one of Australia’s greatest assets. The MCG is host to more than 70 major events annually attracting over four million patrons and visitors.

The Club Services & Heritage department at the MCC is responsible for providing a high quality of service to approximately 150,000 Melbourne Cricket Club members as well as patrons of the MCG. The opportunity has arisen in this department to recruit a limited number of casual **MCC Club Services Representative **for **casual **event day and weekday work.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in the delivery of exceptional customer service, with preferable experience with ticketing systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role would require excellent verbal communication skills, a friendly and welcoming manner with high attention to detail.

In-addition you will need to know how to build relationships, be able to talk to people from all walks of life, be well equipped to anticipate customers’ requirements and recommend appropriate solutions, all with a smile This is a dynamic role for people who are passionate about creating a great customer experience.

This role requires a level of flexibility where you will be required to be available for event day duties on week nights, public holidays and weekends, as well as the ability to work throughout the week, so it is important you are reliable to commit to roster.
