**Artisan Aesthetics Group **is looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the business in attracting and retaining top talent.

Working across a blend of talent sourcing and proactive pipelining, this position primarily focuses on roles within our network of aesthetic clinics through our own premium medical aesthetics brand, Artisan Aesthetic Clinics (**Artisan**), as well as our network of non-branded aesthetic clinics.

**About you**

**Role responsibilities**
- Utilise a full suite of recruiting and software tools such as social media, database search and job board platforms to identify the best talent
- Promote and optimise brand awareness through targeted activities such as engaging with industry partners and collaborating with our Brand and Marketing team to develop social media campaigns
- Execute the Artisan talent strategy by delivering on a number of key projects and activities designed to promote and optimise brand awareness
- Engage with industry partners and delivering on engagement strategies designed to enhance attraction and retention process
- Provide reporting on recruitment activity and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and results
- Ensure all recruitment-related activities are performed in line with company policy, procedure, and recruitment best practice
- Develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Influence and provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practice
