We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us to provide exceptional administrative support to Health and Personal Injury clients. You will be a valued member of the Health and Personal Injury client relationship team. You will receive client inquiries and respond and action requests ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

**About the role**:

- Receive and action client inquiries promptly
- Support the client relationship manager with general administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with relevant Tribunals, and compliance with Trust Deeds
- Actively update and maintain beneficiary databases for each client
- Compliance with relevant policies and legislation
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to a high-performing, engaged, and committed team

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Strong Administration skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work in a complex fast passed environment
- Sound communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative
- Experience working in the Trustee industry, or similar experience in the financial or legal sector is highly regarded
