**The Role**

In line with our rapid growth strategy, we’re now looking for a part-time Client Services Loans Administration Officer.

Other responsibilities include but not limited too:

- Processing construction progress payments, valuations, and discharges
- Reviewing loan contracts and ensuring settlement funds are in place
- Communicating with customers, brokers, and solicitors
- Maintaining accurate loan data in Loanworks and Finpower
- Processing progress claims and ensuring timely settlements
- Ensuring compliance with all policies and no fee discrepancies

The successful applicant will possess:

- Team player with a positive willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Lending/Settlement officer experience
- Outstanding time management skills
- Close attention to detail coupled with speed and accuracy
- Superior Customer Service skills
- Previous experience using Finpower (desirable)
