**About the role**

This exciting and unique leadership role is well supported by an experienced D&I Consultant. No two days are ever the same and you will see the impact our progressive plans and commitments are making across Austin Health. If you are a strong communicator with demonstrated ability to lead project plans and engagement activities, we would love to hear from you.

A regular day will see you:

- Engaging with people across Austin Health
- Delivering our strategic diversity and inclusion plans
- Bringing best practice data and metrics to influence positive change

- Experience in a similar role
- Deep commitment to all aspects of diversity and inclusion
- Demonstrated capability in delivering strategic plans
- High level communication and reporting skills
