**About You and the Role**

We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager of Corporate Services to join our growing team. As an integral member of the executive leadership team and contributing business administration expertise to the operations and strategy of the organisation, this role is primarily responsible and accountable for the below:

- Strategic leadership to support the overall strategic directions of CSI and overall management of core organisational business operations including financial management, asset and fleet management, procurement, facilities management, administration, and information technology systems
- Provide accounting and financial management advice, analysis and strategies to the CEO including attendance at relevant Executive, Board and subcommittee meetings
- Contribute to the coordination and management of the corporation’s risk profile, insurance and audit functions ensuring accountability, transparency and compliance in all business service practices and identify opportunities for improvement and avoidance or mitigation of loss
- Lead the preparation of end of month accounting tasks including journals, liability, and accrual calculations, and end of month reports including balance sheets, profit and loss, Board and other reports
- Ensure policies and procedures implemented to ensure accounting standards are met, minimise financial risk, ensure effective controls, and comply with relevant legislation

**Key Experience Required for the Role**
- MBA or Degree or Diploma in Accounting (or equivalent) and CPA
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate efficiently across all levels
- Relevant experience in corporate services management
- Experience in manipulating large spreadsheets and data analysis
- Mid-sized accounting package experience
- Project Management and information technology skills and experience desirable
- NDIS, Working with Children Check, and National Police clearance or willing to obtain
- Strong honest work ethic
