**The Role**

The Clinical Governance Manager is responsible for identifying, driving, coordinating, and leading continuous clinical improvements and quality outcomes, based on relevant legislation and accreditation standards. The Clinical Governance Manager works in partnership with the Board, Executive and Management to implement processes and systems that support improvements to person centred care. The Clinical Governance Manager will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on accreditation, compliance, evidence-based best practice, to ensure the most effective, efficient, high quality and safe service is delivered to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the strategic development of risk, ensuring robust governance and accountability arrangements are in place and are compliant with best practice and risk management.
- Understand the compliance and risk landscape of CSI’s operations and ensure that these are understood and well controlled
- Lead the development and review of risk registers and appropriate controls
- Deliver accurate and clear, consistent governance dashboards and reports for onward reporting and escalation in a timely manner
- Lead governance and risk support to projects across CSI

***Key Requirements**
- Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with knowledge of clinical governance and risk management - registered with or eligible for registration with AHPRA or professional body.
- Understanding of Risk, Compliance, Quality, and Audits.
- Previous experience in leading and implementing a quality system
- Competent in the production and delivery of meaningful clinical governance and quality data analysis reports
- Excellent communication, including an elevated level of people skills that demonstrate respect, integrity, and honesty.
