With a new CEO at the helm, Benson Radiology have exciting plans ahead, and have an opportunity for a suitably experienced individual to lead initiatives in the areas of workforce planning, resourcing, and systems improvement and implementation.

Based in the head office in Wayville, this opportunity is available on a full-time or part-time (0.8) basis, with flexible hybrid working arrangement available.

**What you will be doing and will be responsible for**:
Reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture and leading a team of up to 7 direct reports, this position will lead workforce planning and workflow improvements across the organisation, with a primary responsibility of ensuring that current and future resourcing requirements are well understood and planned for.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and drive the workforce planning strategy
- Ensure effective staffing utilisation and roster optimisation
- Data collection and analysis to forecast future volume and staff requirement.
- Provide regular reporting and analytics to ensure sound business planning and decisions are made in key areas such as:

- Resource forecasting
- Understanding staff utilisation and opportunities for optimisation
- Absenteeism and leave management
- Overtime and productivity
- Support continuous improvement in utilisation and roster efficiency initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Roster Management Team and conduct regular Check-Ins with team members.
- Manage vendor relationships for our workforce planning systems

**‘What you look like’ and need to demonstrate to be successful**:

- Significant experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategy
- Highly developed in roster planning and staffing utilisation insights, strategies and tools
- Highly developed interpersonal and people leadership skills
- Strong abilities using resource planning software (eg. RLDatix, Q-Genda), MS Excel or MS PowerPoint in presentations and reporting
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills to balance competing priorities and respond to challenges as they arise.
- A strong collaborator and team player.
