Operations Manager

**About the Role**
Reporting to the Director Southern you will be charged with effecting the division’s operational plan for your region, collaborating across the division and regions to support a journey of change and good practice. You will be supported by a team of Principals who are passionate about serving the community and making a difference.
Working with a family-friendly team, we offer a hybrid work environment with flexible work from home arrangements. We encourage work-life balance and celebrate additional leave over the festive period.
This position will be offered as a three-year term contract.
**About You**
As a seasoned Operational Leader, you will demonstrate initiative and a strategic mindset to drive our operational requirements in line with our corporate strategy.
Pairing your advanced operational management experience and business acumen, undertaking operational planning with a strategic and commercial mindset will be standard for you.
Your leadership experience will include successfully leading a decentralised team and building a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and developing others.
With high level interpersonal and communication skills your ability to build effective relationships with a diverse stakeholder group internal and external will be critical to your success.
