As an Account Manager at Carbiz, you will be supporting the Business Development Manager in overseeing a portfolio of existing clients and fostering strategic relationships within the South-West Sydney region. The objective is to effectively manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

**About the Role**:
Responsibilities are, but not limited to, the following:

- Manage an account of existing clients, including tow truck and collision repairer companies.
- Engage with existing clients over the phone and face-to-face to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Inform and educate referrers on initiatives, procedures, and points of difference.
- Log detailed activity, visits, and relevant commentary to ensure accurate reporting and review of business.
- Handle feedback/complaints and implement problem-solving strategies to resolve referrer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to anticipate new business opportunities.

**About You**:

- Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales, Account Management or Business Development preferred but not essential (we hire based on attitude).
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally as required (Essential).
- Proven experience fostering long-term relationships and service with customers and/or clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and partnership-building skills.
- Well-developed verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to assist team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
