We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team and assist in managing financial operations, chasing payments, and handling superannuation.
**Key Responsibilities**: ** **
**Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, billing, and payment processing for security services provided. **Chasing Payments: Proactively follow up with clients to ensure outstanding invoices are paid on time and manage the resolution of any payment-related issues. ** **
**Superannuation: Ensure that all employee superannuation contributions are correctly calculated, processed, and submitted within the required timeframes. ** Paperwork Management: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, invoices, contracts, and any other relevant paperwork related to accounts and payments. ** **
**Reconciliation: Assist in monthly financial reconciliations and report preparation for management review. Communication**: Work closely with internal teams and clients to resolve billing discrepancies, answer account queries, and ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements: ** **
**Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles, preferably in a service-based industry. **Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes. ** **
**Experience with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks). ** Knowledge of superannuation contributions and payroll processing. ** **
**Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. **
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ** **
**Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. **
Ability to work independently ** **
**Previous experience in the security industry is a plus but not required.**
