**About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in a full time permanent position Based in Parramatta's CBD, you will be a great addition to our already established IT Service Desk team

As a Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for providing first line IT Support to all Uniting Staff by guiding end-users and conducting troubleshooting activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse, troubleshoot, resolve, liaise and prioritise incidents, problems and requests.
- Communicating to users the progress of their requests/incidents from receipt to closure.
- Accurate logging of service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work with a variety of support groups in order to resolve incidents.

**Skills and experience**:

- Demonstrated Customer Service experience
- Strong communication skills as you will be assisting all levels of Uniting's staff
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems
- Previous IT Service/Support experience an advantage
