**IT Service Desk Analyst

Start Date:** 12th January 2026

End Date: 26th June 2026 (with potential for extension)

Rate: $35.15 per hour

Locations: Parramatta Bathurst, Newcastle, Wollongong

Hours: 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Rotational shifts between 8:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • First-level technical resolution point for all reported CIT related incidents
  • Be the first point of contact for any customer inquiries
  • Troubleshooting of basic ICT hardware or software
  • Work closely with other key internal stakeholders across technology units
  • Troubleshooting of basic ICT hardware or software

Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrated operational service desk or contact centre experience.
  • Relevant industry and professional skills
  • Previous experience with Remedy help desk framework highly beneficial (but not essential)
  • A strong focus to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver outcomes to an agreed schedule
  • Ability to clearly communicate and convey technical information to customers
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong technical experience, with the ability to use multiple technology platforms and databases
  • Must be available for full-time training on-site for the first 4–5 weeks (ability to work from home 50% of the time will be assessed on a case-by-case basis after training)
  • Willingness to work on a rotating roster (Mon–Fri, 8:00am–t:00pm)
  • Two references (To be completed at time of shortlisting)
