Influencer and Events Coordinator

Overview:
Your role is to grow the brand globally with incredible activations, outside the box creative thinking and wow events. You will aim to build brand awareness and brand recognition of Beginning Boutique through these outlets. You will seek opportunities for brand growth through multiple channels, finding new brand collaborations to partner with and opportunities to create hype around the brand. You will be working with external partners such as nano and micro influencers, as well as university leaders and members, your goal is to create brand buzz, direct revenue, brand awareness, new customer acquisition, traffic and growth for the brand. The overall aim is to ensure Beginning Boutique is the most exciting fashion brand in Australia and the US.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively deliver VIP, community and influencer-led events, activations and style edits, to increase overall brand awareness globally - with Australia being a major focus.
- Fully report on the ROI of an event or activation
- Manage a budget and forward plan according to sales targets.
- Liaise with all vendors and organise on the day coordination of the event and the wider team.
- Tap into tribes and niche social groups such as universities and sororities, with events, gifting and style edits.
- Pitch and propose best performing influencers for style edits and collections.
- Oversee a budget for paid collaborations, seek out new and best performing influencer for collaborations and report on the performance
- Oversee and scale the Refersion affiliate marketing program
- Oversee and scale the strategy for nano and micro gifting, including targets and weekly reporting for the team
- Set strong KPIs to hit outreach and gifting targets in both regions.
- Strategically plan gifting campaigns across both regions with new arrivals, flow line and back in stock items.
- Report weekly and monthly using Google Analytics, Triple Whale and Shopify to calculate code uses, link clicks, reach and engagement from nano, micro and macro gifting posts.
- Analyse the data wOw/mOm to ensure direct revenue, new customer acquisition and traffic to site increases via influencer activity.
- Work with and create relationships with like-minded brands to cross-promote via postcard swaps, package inserts, GWPs, giveaways and events.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following;
- Public Relations, Communications or Events Degree
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively both written (electronic) and verbally while ensuring sensitivity to information
- Excellent customer service experience and skills
- Ability to network, build relationships and seek out new opportunities
- 2 years experience in a Brand, Events or Public Relations role previously
- Successfully completed a minimum of one internship under Events or Public Relations coordination.
