**Job Description**:
As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events aimed at engaging students, parents, educators, and stakeholders within the education community. You will work closely with the marketing, operations, and curriculum teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events that align with our mission and values. From intimate workshops to large-scale conferences, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful experiences that inspire and empower our community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event concepts, themes, and objectives
- Plan, organize, and execute events from conception to completion, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and logistics
- Coordinate event promotion and marketing efforts to drive attendance and engagement
- Manage event timelines, schedules, and on-site logistics to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for attendees
- Cultivate relationships with partners, sponsors, and vendors to enhance event offerings and opportunities for collaboration
- Collect and analyze feedback and metrics to measure the success of events and identify areas for improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and enhance the quality of our events

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
