**We’re Hiring: BDM, Franchise & Property Manager - Miso Hungry Sushi & Bowls**

Miso Hungry is one of Australia's fastest-growing sushi brands, and we’re on the lookout for a **Business Development, Franchise & Property Manager** to help lead our expansion journey

We’re looking for a **results-driven** and experienced professional who can take charge of franchise growth, drive revenue, and support site acquisition and commercial property negotiations to fuel our store rollout strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive franchise sales and brand expansion across key markets
- Identify, assess, and secure new store sites, working closely with agents and landlords
- Negotiate commercial lease terms and assist in the store development process
- Manage and convert franchise leads through a structured and strategic sales process
- Set and achieve growth targets and revenue budgets aligned with company objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and successful launches
- Proven experience in **franchise sales**, **business development**, or a similar high-growth role
- Solid background in **commercial property** and **site acquisition**:

- Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting sales and revenue targets
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and growth strategy planning
- Excellent communicator and negotiator with a passion for brand success
- Self-motivated, organised, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment

**Location**: Based in Brisbane with some travel required
