Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Recruitment Support Officer on a Non Ongoing contract for 12 months.

**Position Overview**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Advertising positions using eRecruit, APS Jobs and Universal McCann
- Provide support and recruitment advice to business areas
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build strong working relationships
- Group mailbox management
- Scheduling and facilitation of interviews and assessment centres
- Request referee checks in support of recruitment activities
- Respond to merit pool requests
- Accurate data entry and high attention to detail
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- eRecruit system experience is highly desirable
- Working knowledge of merit selection principals is also highly desirable

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Baseline Security Clearance required - NV1 desirable
