**Role - Recruitment Support Officers ( ASD4-6 )**

**Classification**:

- ASD Level 4 $71,207 - $77,739 + 15.4% SUPERANNUATION
- ASD Level 5 $78,143 - $83,700 + 15.4% SUPERANNUATION
- ASD Level 6 $85,607 - $97,790 + 15.4% SUPERANNUATION

**Opportunity type**: 12 month Non-ongoing or Section 26 temp transfer

**Flexible working - **Arrangements will be considered - blend of office and remote working available

**Security Clearance**: Baseline clearance required

**Location** - Brindella Park; Canberra ACT

Training and Development: Designing and delivering recruitment focused information and training sessions in line with best practice.
Integrity and Assurance: Developing assurance mechanisms to uphold the integrity of the recruitment processes and ensure systems and processes are compliant with legislation and meet best practice.
Governance and Reporting: Supporting the leadership team to enable recruitment by providing policy and legislative guidance; creating, interpreting and communicating complex reporting data, coordinating contracts and managing internal operations.

**In addition you will be also supporting**:
Advertising positions using eRecruit, APSJobs and Universal McCann
Provide support and recruitment advice to business areas
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build strong working relationships
Group mailbox management
Scheduling and facilitation of interviews and assessment centres
Request referee checks in support of recruitment activities
Respond to merit pool requests
Accurate data entry and high attention to detail
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
eRecruit system experience is highly desirable
Working knowledge of merit selection principals is also highly desirable

You will need to have an appreciation, awareness and understanding of issues relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities and be committed to strengthening your ongoing cultural competency.
