**The role**:

- Provide a high standard of service to members and their representatives in all activities within the scope of the position in an accurate, appropriate and efficient manner.
- Conduct all dealings with members and other representatives in a professional manner.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and written enquiries from/to members, employer and other fund stakeholders.
- Provide a high standard of service to members and their representatives in all activities.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and genuinely care and want to help others? Then this role is for you_

- Proven customer service experience ideally within contact centres.
- Experienced with **RG146 **(desired but not essential).
- Excellent technical skills.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to work flexible hours.
