**Key Responsibilities**:
You will be the first point of contact for our valued members, employers, and the public regarding superannuation. Your role will involve resolving inquiries, identifying customer needs, and promoting relevant Brighter Super products/services.
- Provide professional and courteous service to members and stakeholders
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and written inquiries
- Conduct outbound relationship management campaigns to add value to our members' retirement goals.
- Identify acquisition and retention opportunities and refer them to appropriate channels.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and peer-to-peer knowledge transfer.
- Promote member understanding of the financial services offered by Brighter Super

**About You**:
These are the attributes that will help make you successful in the role:

- RG 146 (Superannuation) qualification or willingness to undertake during your first 6-month period.
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
