Our client aims to create a supportive community for their members, providing them with personalized training programs, nutrition advice, and ongoing support from their certified personal trainers. The company is committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle and helping their members achieve their fitness goals through its convenient and accessible fitness centres. They have a plan for high growth and will open an additional 16 clubs over the next 3 years in Melbourne and Victoria.

**About the Role**:
Our client is seeking a Personal Training Manager to supervise the personal training network across their current and future clubs. The Manager will be responsible for training, developing, coaching, guiding, and managing the personal trainers to ensure they reach an elite level. They will help design innovative group fitness classes, support with creating results
- oriented PT programs, and provide ongoing support and development to the growing network of employed and contracted personal trainers. The PT Manager will be a strong mentor and coach to the trainers, running workshops, giving feedback, and supporting from a values and behaviours perspective. As the business grows, the Manager will support recruitment and HR activities. Building strong, positive relationships with the Club side of the business is also a key responsibility.
