Our client has a chain of gyms that operate on a 24/7 basis, offering their members access to fitness equipment and facilities at any time of the day or night. The franchise is known for its affordable membership fees and a range of fitness classes, such as HIIT, yoga, and cycling, catering to people with diverse fitness goals and levels. Our client aims to create a supportive community for their members, providing them with personalized training programs, nutrition advice, and ongoing support from their certified personal trainers. The company is committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle and helping their members achieve their fitness goals through its convenient and accessible fitness centres. They have a plan for high growth and will open an additional 16 clubs over the next 3 years in Melbourne and Victoria.

**About the Role**:
Our client is seeking a Regional Fitness Manager to supervise the personal training network across their current and future clubs. The Manager will be responsible for driving sales for the network alongside, training, developing, coaching, guiding, and managing the personal trainers to ensure they reach an elite level. They will help design innovative group fitness classes, support with creating results
- oriented PT programs, and provide ongoing support and development to the growing network of employed and contracted personal trainers. The PT Manager will be a strong mentor and coach to the trainers, running workshops, giving feedback, and supporting from a values and behaviours perspective. This role will suit someone who has developed exceptional sales and PT skills and enjoys training and developing other PT's.
