The Role

📍 Location: Beyond PT, Chapel Street, Prahran
📊 Client Base: Clients aged 40–70 focused on fat loss, mobility, and strength
🗓 Shifts: Early morning (6 - 10 am), evenings (4:30 - 7:30 pm), Saturdays
Minimum 4 Mornings, 2 evenings and Saturday required
Roster Saturday off once a month (KPIs to meet)

What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver 1-on-1, 2-on-1, and small group personal training sessions

- Design tailored programs and guide clients through sustainable change

- Provide support around nutrition and lifestyle habits

- Learn sales and client conversion skills from experienced mentors

- Join weekly team training, PD, and mentoring sessions

- Build long-term relationships with clients who truly value your support

Who We’re Looking For

- Cert IV in Fitness (or currently completing) or Uni Equivalent

- Strong technical skills, communication and team mindset

- Willing to learn sales to grow your client base fast

- Great communicator who connects well with people aged 40+

- Team player with a positive, client-first mindset

- Committed to both client results and personal growth
