As a Document Controller at Icon you will be responsible for managing and organising project documents, ensuring accuracy, and facilitating effective communication among site teams. This position involves a significant amount of administrative tasks and requires an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with our site teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain efficient project document control, collaborating for timely collection, organization, and distribution.
- Ensure document accuracy, track revisions, and act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders.
- Train site teams in document control processes, perform regular audits, and generate required reports.
- Attend and assist in team meetings, manage project drawings and audits, transmit documentation, and assist with various tasks. Join PDM for regular catch-ups, providing updates as needed.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in document management software (Aconex) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in quality assurance is a plus.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with site teams and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive in identifying and resolving document control issues.
