About the role
As a customer service coordinator, you will supervise a small team of customer service officers, supporting them to provide timely, accurate and user-friendly legal information to disadvantaged Queenslanders. You will provide your team with coaching, direction and advice, and identify training needs and opportunities to help them reach their optimum potential.
About you
You possess a high level of experience in a fast-paced call centre/customer service environment.
You have knowledge of the legal system and an understanding of delivering quality services to disadvantaged clients.
You are solutions focused and have experience supervising and mentoring others.
As a member of the Legal Aid Queensland Community, you will receive:
36.25 hrs per week (full time hours)
Generous salary packaging
12.75% employer super contributions
Flexible working hours
Study leave for approved work-related courses.
