**About The Role**
We are looking for an experienced and exceptional Content and Production Coordinator to join our ELK team. Playing a fundamental role in the ELK Marketing team, the Content and Production Coordinator is the true custodian of the brand as it is experienced by our consumers across digital and event environments. Essentially, this role executes the seamless and end-to-end coordination of ELK photo shoots, and the creation of flat lay style content.

**Working closely with our Creative Director and Studio Manager, a day in the life will include but not be limited to**:

- Ownership and execution of efficient and flawless photo shoots.
- Overseeing all facets of pre/post-production; meetings, creation of shot lists and schedules.
- Management, maintenance and updating of photoshoot library (all assets).
- Coordination of cross-team communication to ensure product for shoots cover all requirements.
- Regular liaison and collaboration with Creative Director, Ecommerce Sales Manager, Studio Manager, Marketing, Design, Planning and Warehouse team members.
- Coordination and preparation of samples and in stock product to ensure they are shoot ready for each project.
- Placement of product orders for in-stock items required for shoots in timely fashion.
- Post shoot preparation and return of stock.
- Coordination with key channel stakeholders to ensure all assets are created in a timely/cost effective manner and in line with requirements.
- Key liaison for all third parties inclusive of talent, hair + makeup, photographer, location agencies, prop hire etc.
- Active and commercial negotiation of best price for all production requirements.
- Budget management for shoots and preparation of seasonal analysis reports.
- Management of model castings and confirmation of bookings and release forms.
- Crew management at photo shoots ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Proactive recommendations for efficiency and cost saving improvement.
- Ownership and management of ELK photography studio.
- Ad hoc photography for internal and external campaigns (flat lays and still life imagery).
- Co-creation of on-brand visuals across all areas of responsibility.
- Cross functional team support including image processing, naming, filing and auditing
- Participation in creation of content for in-store shoots, stills and videos.
- Production oriented tasks to support events and showings.
- Accurate tracking and reporting of content production costs.

**What you will come equipped with?**
- Two years’ experience in Content & Production Coordination role (or similar)
- Experience working and coordinating photo shoot production
- Photography experience and demonstrated skill (Fashion highly regarded)
- Strong appreciation and understanding of ELK aesthetic and outfitting
- Skilled in Adobe Suite, video editing and photography equipment
- Social and professional disposition and ability to hold your own and take ownership
- Superior efficiency, scheduling and communication skills
- Reputation for outstanding organisational ability and track record of project success
