The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of the flooring store's operations. This role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations, enhancing customer service, and driving sales growth. The Assistant Store Manager will also play a key role in leading and developing the store team, and will be responsible for managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Operational Support：Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and management
- Sales and Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Staff Management: Supervise and train store employees. Provide feedback on performance and conduct performance evaluations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory，place orders, and ensure proper inventory rotation.
- Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well - presented. Manage visual merchandising, including product displays and signage, to enhance the shopping experience. Coordinate with suppliers for product deliveries and installations.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years+ retail or customer service experience in a related field
- Knowledge of flooring materials is a plus (we will provide products leaning)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
- Team player with the ability to handle work pressure
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in basic retail computer systems and software.

**Full-time | Monday to Friday**

**Salary + Performance Bonus**depending on experience and qualifications.

Pay: From $53,000.00 per year
