Provide daily executive support to the General Manager including, but not limited to, travel, calendar management, HR and administrative duties.
- Undertake related projects and other duties, prepare reports and other documents in support of division administrative functions as required.
- Prepare accurate and timely forms, briefing notes and information relating to program delivery.
- Generate and co-ordinate responses to requests for information, including correspondence and the preparation of reports for senior executives.
- Develop and maintain registers related to program delivery.
- Access systems, analyse data, provide advice and suitable outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to the development and delivery of best practice funding management to meet program control measures, stakeholder needs and QRA requirements.
- Provide QRA standardised document control and management of submission and progress payment assessments.
- Liaise closely with key QRA stakeholders to facilitate the timely progression of submission assessments through the approval stage to final payment.
- Actively contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of business processes and systems that support the efficiency and effectiveness of the Division in delivery of objectives.
- Work flexibly to support the Operations division with a range of administrative assistance depending on current and changing priorities, assisting peers to ensure a balanced workload across the team.
- Support the development, implementation, maintenance and review of strategies to manage and continually improve operations support services whilst meeting organisational requirements.
- Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with the facilitation of the divisional, workshops and training.
- Work under limited supervision, using a high level of initiative to resolve issues.
- Adhere to all relevant WHS and HR policies, procedures, guidelines, directives and relevant legislation.
