This purpose of this role is to develop and maintain Gallagher’s bespoke facilities to support clients and Gallagher brokers. Ensuring client needs are consistently identified and maintained via a proactive approach to all aspects of coverage, is paramount to this role. Reporting to and working closely with the Carrier Relations Manager, this role will require:

- Strong business development skills to engage with brokers and distribution leaders to assist with facility utilisation
- Development of collateral and facilitation of Broker training on facility products
- Collaboration and engagement with Insurers to maintain viable placement solutions
- Negotiation with Insurers on the development of new and innovative products
- Support to Claims in relating to facility wordings
- Supporting National team regarding portfolio analysis on Gallagher acquisitions
- Knowledge of relevant FSRA legislation and ability to act as conduit with Gallagher Compliance teams
- Liaison with internal Gallagher Stakeholders including Legal, Risk Assurance, Compliance, Information Technology and Carrier Security teams.
