**The Company**

Kona Recruitment has exclusively partnered with a Global Insurance Broker looking to hire TWO talented and passionate Insurance Consultants to assist it's strategic relationship with a prestige car manufacturer. Our client is ASX listed with offices across Australia and ambitious growth plans, offering full training and support to a semi experienced Insurance specialist looking for a step up in clientele. **The Role**

As an Insurance Consultant, you will be responsible for the assisting purchasers of prestige cars in the placement of their insurance. In this integral role, you will act as a key referral point post purchase, understanding the clients needs and liaising with a panel of insurers to gain the most comprehensive policy at the best rate. Other responsibilities may include:

- Manage relationships with various Prestige Dealerships (Business Managers) nationally to promote and encourage growth of Insurance quote rate and provide feedback to ensure integrity of process and data.
- Communicate with new, existing and prospective clients at various stages through their vehicle purchasing and ownership journey.
- Work with a panel of Insurers to articulate prospective/existing client Insurance needs, assess output and present advice based recommendation to the client.
- Represent the brand, passion and culture.
- Manage and contribute to renewal strength and follow up outstanding financial matters with customer and Insurer.

**Skills, Personality & Experience**
- Some Insurance exposure (Domestic or Commercial Lines)
