This is a highly unique role where you, as the
**_Technical IT Account Manager,_** guide a highly talented technical team are in our client's IT and their IT's journey and roadmap.

You need to come from a highly technical background (although the role is NOT hands-on) but also possess immaculate customer management skills, as you will be presenting work and plans to clients as well as direct technical teams on what is required to meet the client needs.

You will be personable, engaging, and entirely comfortable in providing IT direction for customers and building strong relationships. You will have impeccable
**interpersonal and customer service skills, be well organised, **the ability to
**understand the customers' requirements and translate this to IT recommendations.**

Head offices are based in
**_South-East Melbourne_** but the it is a hybrid role with around 2 days a week in the office required, so you need to be able to commute here comfortably enough on those days.

**Experience Needed**
- MSP experience is not essential, but highly preferable.
- 5 years’ experience in supporting clients in relevant roles.
- Experience in advising clients, particularly in data backup and recovery, switching/firewall, server, and Azure infrastructure.
- High level of independence and strong customer service focus.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to keep track of all tasks as the role requires multi-tasking.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
