Culture & Capability Advisor

An exciting opportunity exists to join our Culture & Capability team as a Culture & Capability Advisor, supporting and contributing to projects across our business unit. We are flexible for this role to be based in Brisbane or Sydney.

**About the role**

As a Culture and Capability Advisor, you will work in partnership with the Culture and Capability business unit, broader People and Culture division, leaders, and other stakeholders, to develop customer-centric solutions that enable Australian Retirement Trust to become recognised as an Employer of Choice, known for purpose, impact, holistic wellbeing, belonging and connection.

Key accountability will include:

- Proactively contribute individual capabilities to assigned project teams, designing and delivering initiatives that directly contribute to the objectives of the People and Enterprise Strategy
- Initially assigned projects will focus on amplifying our culture, harnessing talent potential, and the future of work.
- Enable business outcomes through the implementation, maintenance and user experience management of a range of different technology systems and platforms (Example: HRIS, LMS, Content Portals, Intranet)
- Partner with team members, leaders and stakeholders to develop customer-centric solutions that amplify the employee experience and drive outcomes.
- Proactively contributes to the agile ways of working for the People and Culture division, sharing ideas and opportunities for greater connection of outcomes.
- Meet all employee responsibilities and requirements as indicated in the enterprise People Policies.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will be self motivated and confident to take ownership of key pieces of work. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and is as excited as we are about delivering customer centric outcomes that are directly connected to enterprise and people strategies. You will have a service mindset, with collaboration, experimentation, iteration and empathy at the heart of all you do.

You will also have the following skills/experience:

- Demonstrated experience, contributing individual capabilities to people and culture initiatives, including within cross-functional project teams.
- Demonstrated experience administering, maintaining, implementing and improving the operation of people technology systems. This could include, but is not limited to, HRIS platforms and/or Learning Management Systems.
- Research and analytical capabilities used to contribute to the analysis, design, and evaluation of people and culture initiatives.
