**Customer Service Operator
**Our client who is a leading Packing, Logistics and Warehousing Management business currently has a vacancy for a **Permanent Customer Service Operator** located in **Erskine Park**.

The Customer Service Operator will be required to report to the NSW Customer Service Manager and will manage the end-to-end process of orders from various major clients.

This permanent role is based in Erskine Park, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm, and plenty of onsite parking.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Processing warehouse orders
- Liaise directly with production team, and warehouse staff
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain existing database, updating client information

**To be successful, you will need**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Intermediate to Advanced experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to engage clients and build rapport, resulting in long term business relationships
- Have a positive, professional phone manner, excellent communication skill
- Be highly organised with exceptional time management skills
