Our client is a leading wholesaler of quality outdoor products. Due to internal growth, they are seeking an outgoing, results driven **Customer Service/Warranty Officer** to join our client in Erskine Park on a fulltime permanent basis.

One of the key functions of this role is to take and action orders from active/existing clients regarding their products and services.

**Key responsibilities;**
- Data entry of service/warranty reports
- Taking inbound calls daily (30-60)
- Communicating with customers to confirm orders & delivery times
- Resolve any product related issues & provide solutions
- Work closely with account managers
- Liaise with warehouse regarding spare parts & replacements

**The successful applicant;**
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience assessing/processing warranty/service claims
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure & multi task
- Full working rights

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Erskine Park NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
