**About the role at Mamamia**

The Social Media Producer will develop and execute Mamamia's social media strategy across our podcast network to engage and grow our audience across multiple platforms and channels.

You will:

- Create a social media strategy and distribution plan for each assigned podcast.
- Shoot and create social-first videos to a high standard for assigned podcasts and other ad-hoc content ideas. Create engaging static posts that align with the editorial style guide.
- Create streamlined ways of working with assigned podcast teams and editorial team members, assisting both teams with achieving overarching social goals.
- Monitor insights across all social platforms, ensuring social content strategy evolves with algorithm updates and changes in audience interests.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Video Marketing - Develop and distribute video content that promotes the brand, its product or service, or other messages, to achieve specific goals
- Campaign Support - Support campaigns through various activities, including brainstorming, copywriting, partner or vendor liaison, and campaign execution
- Copywriting and Content Creation - Write compelling content in line with the brand’s voice to achieve key goals, including awareness, ranking, and conversion
