Join us as Sales Manager for the E Mobility Division Area where you will work as part of our sales team in the execution of sales strategy for electric vehicle chargers in Australia, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for products, systems and/or services in a profitable way Reporting to the Local Division Manager and this position will be based in Notting Hill, Victoria or in Moorebank, NSW, Australia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Creating, planning, and implementing sales strategy, and strategic sales and business development initiatives, in alignment with global and local sales strategy. Achieving sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency
- Establishing sales targets with distributors and ensuring sales achievement through regular oversight, definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed
- Identifying opportunities at existing and potential new customers in Australia
- Coordinating the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc. and evaluating data to ensure achievement of goals
- Monitoring and providing reports to the marketing and sales organization on market intelligence
- Supporting the development of strong relationships with key customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers. Ensuring efficient marketing communications
- Ensuring achievement of sales volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price and margin for sales. Participating on negotiations of key contracts, managing ongoing costs
- Monitoring client financial status and reporting any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams. Identifying and managing potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels. Taking ownership of the sales processes

**Your background**:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar tertiary qualification
- 2-5 years’ experience in a customer facing sales role.
- Comprehensive understanding of the EV charging, current and future market for this product range
- Strong Communication Skills
