**Reservations Agent**

**CROWN MELBOURNE | FULL TIME**

Our Crown Resorts Reservations department is the central point of contact for hotel accommodation enquiries for our seven properties located in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney

**What you need**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced call centre environment
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Established experience in hotel front office, reservations, call centre or travel agency
- Polished and clear communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Opera and Synxis highly desirable
- Must be available to work a 7 day rotational roster between the hours of 7am to midnight
