**About the Company**:
Are you interested in home renovations, improvements or new home builds? If so, this is the perfect role for you We are supporting one of our clients who are experience ongoing growth to find a Customer Service Representative focused on Product Support to join their team. Although they are a global sky lighting company with a well-known reputation, their Sydney business has a more family like culture.

**About the Role**

Some of your other responsibilities will include:

- Ensure the timely delivery of products
- Support customers with quotes and general pricing
- Confirm that all orders have been accurately entered into the system
- Trouble shooting, or fact finding with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate information and support
- Liaise with a variety of people from, builders, installation technicians, and the everyday customer
- General administrative duties, from inbox management, data entry and updating customer information
- Update or inform customers on warehousing, or the logístical status of their order.
- Confident in prioritising your workload and multitasking
- The desire to support your customers comes naturally to you, ensuring a timely, professional and supportive approach to all enquires
- As a problem solver, you will seek solutions, that may sometimes fall outside of the box to the issues you or your customers face
- With a sense of curiosity you are open to learning and development opportunities
- Competent in using a variety of systems and programs such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
