**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leading Hand Arborist to join our team. As a Leading Hand Arborist, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing arboricultural operations, ensuring the highest standards of tree care and maintenance.

You will also assist in the supervision of plant and/or contractors undertaking arborist related work, while providing support and guidance to some of your less experienced team members.

Your commencing salary will be in the range **$53,074 - $68,996 p.a. + 15% MVC allowance + superannuation** dependent on your experience and qualifications.

**Key requirements**:

- Certificate 3 in Arboriculture at a minimum
- Current drivers' licence
- WHS General Induction Certificate, or be willing to obtain
- Experience in carrying out a wide range of tree removal, tree trimming and similar work that involves climbing
- Ability to coordinate/direct the work of a small team
