**The Essentials**
- Property registration (or nearly there)
- 1-2 years of experience preferred - enough to know the role, but still hungry to grow
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Familiar with PropertyMe or quick to adapt to new tech
- Valid driver’s licence
- Live within 25 minutes of Sunnybank Hills
