We are currently looking to engage a Property Management Cadet to join our dynamic and expanding team within Place Sunnybank. This is a part-time position to support growth of the Property Management department and is a great opportunity for those wanting to commence a career in property management or utilise existing experience in a part-time capacity.

**Requirements**:
**Your typical day will include, but is not limited to**:

- Supporting Property Managers to better manage their portfolios by completing detailed inspections on their behalf;
- Collating reports from the inspections completed;
- Ensuring policies and procedures are upheld within the department;
- Organising tenant packs & keys ensuring a seamless experience; and
- Completing administrative support to the property managers and actively participate in training opportunities.

**About You**:

- Current Real Estate Registration certificate (or close to completion)
- Current QLD drivers licence
- Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
- Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently
- Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure all clients receive the best experience
- Computer proficiency
