Working alongside our senior property manager, leasing team & director, this is an ideal opportunity to deal in the prestigious Inner city property market and thrive.

The role:

A Monday to Friday role only (with WFH options), you as the Property Manager will take control of a portfolio of around 100 properties. You will be given full support from administrators, accountants and our leasing team and your only focus is to run this portfolio in a sound professional way.

  • Repairs & maintenance management
  • Arrears management
  • In/outgoing and routine inspections
  • Conduct regular rental reviews
  • Client relationship management
  • Liaising with landlords
  • Attending tribunal, dispute resolution
  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • Minimum of 1-3 years Property Managers experience
  • 'Propertyme' experience preferred but happy to train you
  • Knowledge of 'Propertyme' (or similar system)
  • A focus on delivering excellent service
  • Sound attention to detail & prompt communication skills
