Working with a well-managed portfolio, you will build trust with clients and provide superior end to end management of their properties. You will also work closely with the two growing BDMs, allowing them to focus on growing the rent roll.
This position works Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm) and with the occasional requirement for Saturday work.

**Responsibilities**:

- End to end management of the current portfolio;
- Troubleshoot matters, prepare for and attend QCAT where required;
- Meet monthly KPI's and oversee the KPI's of the team;
- Remain current with legislation; and
- Assist with the review and implementation of business improvement opportunities alongside the Business Owners

**Requirements**:

- A wealth of knowledge and experience in property management;
- Technical competency and a passion for systems (PropertyMe knowledge preferred);
- Proven experience with implementing new systems and processes resulting in better business performance;
- Experience managing QCAT matters would be ideal;
- An operational mindset, always seeking opportunities for the betterment of the team; and
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation.
- Mandarin speaking is preferred but not essential.
