**Your new role**

As an expert and having a blend of technical and soft skills, your main role would be:

- Collaborates with team members to develop and implement processes, procedures, guides and change management strategies for internal and external users aligned with the project objectives
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with all stakeholders to ensure the project’s success.
- Skilled in working in an agile team, providing IT solutions
- Proficient in documentation, producing and updating process, guides and communications for stakeholders

**What you'll need to succeed**

You’ll need to be an Analyst with expertise in creating and managing processes and documents. Also:

- Demonstrates strong stakeholder engagement and prioritisation skills
- Has a solid understanding of technical solutions, preferably with a financial systems background
- Skilled in creating and modifying workflows, processes, and materials to assist users
- Experienced of conducting workshops, meetings and demonstrations
- Works well with external vendors to achieve deliverables
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and products for producing online training and communication materials
- Has previous experience with the Victorian Government and Oracle products (desirable)
